Specific Requests

Each bouquet is made to order, designed using our favourite fresh and beautiful blooms showcasing the best of what the season and our local growers have to offer.

Please note that all bouquets are florist choice by default to allow us to create the most beautiful bunches. Ingredients will be hand selected with consideration for the occasion, if you have any specific requests for colour or flower varieties please include these in the notes and will do our best to meet your preferences.

Delivery Information

Delivery is available for retail Monday-Friday and Saturdays upon request within the Invercargill area and Bluff.

Orders will go out between 8am-5pm, if you need your order to be delivered by a specific time please include this in your order notes and we will do our best to ensure it is there in time.

If the recipient is not home or at work at the time of delivery, orders will be left at the address provided in a safe place out of the sun, wind and or rain, we will contact you or leave a delivery card for the recipient if they can't be left in a visible place.

In the instance we are unable to deliver to the address provided due to it being inaccessible or unsafe for us to enter, we will return your items to our studio and contact you to organise re delivery or collection. A re-delivery fee may be charged. 

Please ensure you provide us with the correct details for delivery including unit numbers and business names if applicable. If the address you have provided is incorrect we will do our best to get your flowers to the right place but please be aware there may be an additional delivery fee or you may be required to place your order again. 

Refunds and Replacement

If you aren't happy with quality of the product you have received you may request a refund or replacement within in 24 hours of receiving your items. Any requests received later than this will not be accepted.

Flowers can either be returned to us or photographic evidence must be emailed to along with the reasoning for your request. We review requests on a case by case basis and reserve the right to accept or deny your request based off of the information provided. 


You may cancel your order and receive a refund provided your order hasn't already been made and/or delivered as we make to order.
